At Repify Digital LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services. Due to the nature of our work, this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.

  1. Service Delivery Timeline
    We aim to complete and deliver our services within 14 business days, depending on the project scope and complexity. Delays may occur if required information, materials, or approvals are not provided by the client on time.
  2. General Policy
    All payments made to Repify Digital LLC are considered final. We invest time, resources, and expertise into every project; therefore, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.
  3. Eligibility for Refunds
    Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
  • The project has not yet started 
  • We are unable to deliver the agreed service within the defined timeframe (14 days), without valid reason 
  • A duplicate or accidental payment has been made 

Any approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

  1. Non-Refundable Services
    Refunds will not be provided for:
  • Completed or delivered services 
  • Partially completed projects 
  • Services already in progress 
  • Digital products, designs, or development work once delivered 
  • Change of mind after project initiation 
  1. Revision & Satisfaction
    We aim for client satisfaction and offer revisions as agreed in the project scope. Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction if revision opportunities have been provided and not fully utilized.
  2. Delays & Client Responsibility
    Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by:
  • Lack of communication or response from the client 
  • Failure to provide required materials or information 
  • Changes in project scope requested by the client 
  1. Third-Party Costs
    Any fees paid for third-party services (such as themes, plugins, apps, hosting, or advertising) are non-refundable.
  2. Cancellation Policy
  • If a project is canceled before work begins, a full or partial refund may be issued 
  • If canceled after work has started, only the unused portion (if applicable) may be considered for refund at our discretion 
  1. Chargebacks
    Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of this policy. We encourage clients to reach out to resolve any issues amicably.
  2. Changes to This Policy
    Repify Digital LLC reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
